She is the Director of Organizational Development at Raven Industries where she works with people at every level and function within the company, using her passion to help people be the best version of themselves - professionally, physically and emotionally. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time in nature - hiking, kayaking or just sitting and taking in the world. Jennifer’s favorite food is ice cream. If Jennifer could spend one hour in conversation with someone influential, she would choose to visit with Pope Francis because he is incredibly perceptive to how our natural and spiritual worlds have been corrupted by our materialistic world, and he would like to thank him for sharing his continual messages of love, forgiveness, and generosity to combat pervasive greed and aggression throughout the world. Welcome, Jennifer!

Sherry Kurtz-Anderson

Sioux Falls Business & Professional Women welcomes new member Sherry Kurtz-Anderson. She is the Co-Founder of Lead to Inspire where she helps others grow both personally and professionally. She says that by lifting each other up and stepping out of our own comfort zone, we start to learn, grow and develop in ways we never thought possible and in all aspects of our lives. In her free time, Sherry chases after her boys, which usually has something to do with sports. She also loves being outdoors, whether it's at a park, at the lake or sitting quietly in her backyard. Sherry’s favorite food is seafood. Sherry can think of dozens of influential people from throughout history or from the "World's 100 Most Powerful Women" listed in Forbes, but honestly for her right now, her most influential connections are women who are in various stages of owning their own business. Sherry learns so much from hearing not just of their successes but the challenges they face day to day, from the ideas and strategies to the balance of life personally and professionally. We all have so much to learn and celebrate from each other. Welcome, Sherry!
